This Privacy Policy explains how Freight Restacking Rework (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit freightrestackingrework.com (the “Site”), send us a dispatch request, or contact us. By using the Site you agree to this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us. When you use a dispatch or contact form, we collect your name, phone number, email address (optional), trailer or load location, and anything you write about the job. When you call or email us, we receive your phone number or email address and what you tell us.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, the Site and our service providers automatically receive technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the page that referred you, and the date and time of your visit. Some of this is collected with cookies and similar technologies (see section 4).

We do not ask for payment card numbers, government ID numbers or other sensitive personal information through the Site.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to your request, dispatch a crew, prepare a quote and provide our services.
  • To contact you about your job by phone, text or email.
  • To keep records of requests and completed work, including photo-documented condition reports.
  • To run, secure and improve the Site, and to understand how visitors use it.
  • To comply with legal obligations and to protect our rights, our customers and the public.

We do not use your information to make automated decisions about you, and we do not send marketing messages unless you ask us to.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only:

  • With service providers who help us run the Site and our business and may only use it for that purpose, including our website host (Hostinger), Google (Analytics, Maps and Fonts) and our email provider.
  • To do the job you asked for, for example with the carrier, shipper or receiver for the load you contacted us about, when needed to complete the work.
  • For legal reasons, when required by law, a court order or a government request, or to protect rights, property or safety.
  • In a business transfer, if our business is sold or merged, subject to this policy.

4. Cookies, Analytics and Third-Party Services

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to work properly, keep pages fast (caching), and measure visits.

  • Google Analytics (through Google Site Kit) helps us understand how visitors find and use the Site. Google may set cookies and process your IP address and usage data. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
  • Google Maps is embedded on our Contact page; loading the map sends information such as your IP address to Google.
  • Google Fonts may be loaded from Google’s servers, which receive your IP address.
  • Hostinger hosts the Site and may load its own scripts and logs to operate and secure the service.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the Site may not work properly without them. The Site does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” signals.

5. How Long We Keep Information

We keep dispatch requests, job records and related messages for as long as needed to provide our services, keep business and tax records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Analytics data is kept according to our Google Analytics settings. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.

6. How We Protect Information

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and restricted access to our website administration. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) may give you the right to:

  • Know what personal information we have collected about you, where it came from, why we collected it and who we shared it with;
  • Get a copy of your personal information;
  • Ask us to correct inaccurate personal information;
  • Ask us to delete your personal information, subject to legal exceptions;
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share it); and
  • Not be discriminated against for using these rights.

To make a request, email info@freightrestackingrework.com or call (840) 217-1924. We will verify your request using information we already hold, and you may use an authorized agent. California residents may also ask how we share personal information with third parties for their direct marketing (California Civil Code § 1798.83); we do not share it for that purpose.

8. Children’s Privacy

The Site and our services are meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Links to Other Websites

The Site may link to websites we do not control, such as Google. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
